Here are the requirements to be a Pilates Instructor with Just Jym:

• Pilates certification approved by a relevant organization

• Conduct both Group Pilates Matwork classes

• Complete a 25-hour training program

• Be able to create new program classes and build a sense of community among our Just Jym for member's fitness goals

• Be able to motivate clients during classes and provide the best Pilates Matwork experience

• Interpersonal skills: Building relationships, learning students' names, and fostering a sense of community

• Great personality and attitude: They should be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere

• Strong communication skills: Clearly explaining exercises, providing feedback, and encouraging students

• Up to date: CPR+AED Certification

By embodying these qualities, a group class instructor can create an engaging, supportive, and effective learning environment, reflecting positively and encouraging members/ guests to return.
