Roles and Responsibilities

Supervision and Safety

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours.
• Oversee students during various activities, such as playtime, study time, and meals.
• Maintain a safe environment both indoors and outdoors.

Assisting with Homework

• Provide guidance and support to students with their homework and school projects.
• Help students with any academic difficulties and encourage independent learning.
• Monitor students' progress and help manage time effectively.
• Supervise primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework and spelling

Facilitating Activities

• Plan and organize recreational activities, games, and group exercises.
• Implement educational and creative activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, and team-building games.
• Encourage students' social skills and teamwork through group activities.

Administrative Duties

• Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, filling out reports, and organizing materials for activities.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head

Requirements

• Able to guide primary school subjects.
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• Love children and the learning process
• Have experience in teaching children, preferably at the primary level
• Possess a passion for nurturing children
• Experience in working with children is preferred. Those without experience may also apply as training will be provided.
