Job Requirements
- As a Coaching and Development Specialist you will be expected to deliver comprehensive, high quality and outcome-focused career guidance services to a caseload of employed individuals, in line with Ingeus' core values.
- Building appropriate and professional rapport with clients, demonstrating the benefits Ingeus' services can provide. This will be achieved through face to face or virtual coaching sessions.
- Managing a caseload of 40-50 clients at differing evels of seniority, from a variety of different industries and backgrounds, tailoring your approaches and managing your diary to deliver the best results for your clients.
- Ensuring clients are serviced within the prescribed timeframes of the programmes and through the SOPs set for the contract.
- Working in a performance-driven environment to stretching but realistic KPIs.
- Your goal as a Coach is to guide your clients in their career development plan by equipping them with necessary Career Management Skills within a pre-determined time frame using your coaching skills and experience.
- Conducting a diagnostics assessment with all clients to assess their career attributes and the appropriate career tools required to support them in their career journey.
- Proactively checking in with clients one month post completion of the programme to ensure they have implemented the agreed career development plan.
- Ensuring that relationships are maintained with key internal partners including the Administrative, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Ensuring that all documentation relating to the client is completed and maintained in an accurate, timely and respectful manner.
- Conducting employment market analysis and research that are relevant to clients' career needs.
- Maintaining your coaching qualifications and skills development to remain competitive and market leading in your career advisory services.
Job Requirements
- Must be a registered Certified Career Practitioner (CCP) with Workforce Singapore
- High flexibility in working hours to cater to clients' working schedule. This could include evenings and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as determined by client's availability
- Ability to build rapport and adapt to different clients' career objectives (career switch, career progression, etc.)
- Ability to think creatively with "can do" attitude
- Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills; understands their importance in both client relationship and teamwork
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Demonstrates excellent organization and planning skills showing an ability to work well under pressure or in difficult situations and build empathy with clients
- Experience in working as a career practitioner
