Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Provide legal advice to support STATS ChipPAC IHQ office development and expansion as well as local plant business and operation.
- Draft, review and finalize routine commercial contracts and agreements e.g. engagement letters, NDA, procurement agreements, etc.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on local regulatory changes affecting the company's business and operation.
- Support strategic investment projects as needed.
- Support corporate governance matters.
Qualifications:
- A qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house.
- Diligent, self-motivated, proactive and attentive to details.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, team work personality.
- Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing/semiconductor industry will be desirable.
- Proficiency in Chinese language would be a plus. (Work with counterparts in China)
