JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
• Develop creative content, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies
• Support efforts to increase brand visibility and recognition through strategic marketing initiatives
• Implement SEO strategies and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and engagement
• Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and creating content to build community and brand loyalty
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content marketing
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset for content creation
