Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Malaysia by understanding their technical requirements and presenting customized solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AIoT smart workspace solutions, including enterprise digital transformation initiatives, physical security systems (such as CCTV and access control), and other relevant technologies.
  • RFx Tender Management: Lead the preparation, documentation, and timely submission of RFx responses, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and alignment with industry best practices.
  • System Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product and system demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly presenting the capabilities and benefits of AIoT Smart Workspace Solutions.
  • Technical Proposal Development: Collaborate across internal teams to develop comprehensive technical proposals that effectively address customer challenges and highlight the value proposition of proposed solutions.
  • Solution Design and Integration: Assist in the design and configuration of solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry standards.
  • Project Deployment Management: Oversee project deployments, ensuring timely, efficient, and successful implementation of solutions according to client specifications.
  • Industry and Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Malaysian AIoT smart workspace sector, providing strategic insights to enhance solution development and positioning.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in AIoT smart workspace solutions, with a specialization in enterprise digital transformation and physical security systems (CCTV, access control).
  • Datacenter Knowledge: Hands-on experience working in datacenter environments, including BMS (Building Management Systems), DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management), and PMS (Power Management Systems), is highly preferred.
  • Technical Competence: Skilled in solution design, technical proposal writing, system configuration, and conducting client-facing demonstrations. Familiarity with RFx tender processes is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering solutions that create clear business value.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional Advantage: Experience in construction ELV (Extra Low Voltage) cabling work will be considered an added advantage.
