Job responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Responsible for the skilful, timely and accurate collection of blood specimens from patients as requested by the clinician using any of the appropriate techniques: Venipuncture, Capillary collection - fingerstick or heelstick and Blood culture specimen collection
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of breath sample for the Urea Breath Test.
- Acquire knowledge and skills on Laboratory Information System and required IT systems.
- Assist in managing and inventorize supplies in the laboratory.
- Rotate duties between Hospitals as determined by Manager.
- Work alongside laboratory manager and colleagues to achieve total quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain tidiness of workplace.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
Requirements:
- Possess certificate in phlebotomy/ nursing.
- Working experience as Phlebotomist preferred
