Finance Duties - Account Receivable & Account Payable

1. Generate invoice

2. Monitor bank statement and record daily collection report (customer receipt) & cheque collection

3. Perform monthly bank reconciliations

4. Issueing credit note & debit note for discrepancies if needed

5. Prepare & update monthly aging report and send it to sales rep for follow-up

6. Prepare and mail out monthly SOA for overdue account (over 60 days) / email SOA to customer

7. Assist in preparing yearly audit documents (Balance sheet, P&L, etc...)

8. Record and prepare payment voucher & arrange payments

9. Scan and upload invoice to customer for payment processing (RMG, PARKWAY HOSPITAL & PSG, ALPS)

Administration Duties:

1. Managing hospital schedule agreement and process PO

2. Answer incoming calls from customer and take down orders for salesman

3. Handle singapore@medochemie.com email for customer orders, remittance advicea and inquiries

4. Distibuted RMG / HMG/ PSG/ Q & M DENTAL order to sales rep by postal code

5. Issue and record drugs sample for salesman

6. Handle productexchangeable and replacement for customer

7. Prepare loan form

8. Arrange for courier service

9. Purchase office stationary

10. Handle HR administrative tasks (leave records)

11. Sorting and filing acknowlement invoices

12. Resolve discrepancy with sales rep & customer

13. Assist in e-commence platform and orders

14. Ad-hoc task assigned from the managers
