• Permanent position
• Remuneration package up from $7k - $9.5k
• Location: Lavender
• 5 days | 830am-6pm/ 9am-630pm (Mon-Thurs); Friday (end work earlier by 30 mins)
• Must have HDB/ Private Condo projects experience

Requirements:

• Degree / Master in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in tendering within the HDB & Private Condo (Manager Level)
• Strong track record in managing and winning large-scale project bids.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with local tender guidelines (e.g., BCA, LTA, JTC).
• Strong negotiation and client engagement skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the tendering process from inception to completion, ensuring the submission of high-quality and competitive proposals.
• Develop and implement tender strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to outline bid strategies and win themes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical content accuracy and relevance.
• Manage the creation of compelling written and visual content.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with tender submissions.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Work closely with the finance team to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial guidelines.
• Participate in debrief sessions to gather feedback from clients.
• Analyze tender outcomes and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
