Retail hours & Weekends.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team at Setelco Communications Pte. Ltd. in the Takashimaya Departmental Store. As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative communication solutions. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and progressive organisation.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assist customers in identifying their communication needs and recommend the most suitable products and services

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately

Maintain store displays and merchandising to ensure a neat and appealing

presentation

Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets through your individual performance

Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-up with customers

Participate in product training and development to enhance your product knowledge

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

Demonstrated sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

Positive attitude, enthusiasm and a team-player mentality

Proficiency in English and at least one other local language

Working retail hours & weekends is compulsory.

Remuneration will be based on experience.

Base salary + commission.
