We're looking for an Assistant Centre Head who shares our values and is excited to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Centre Head in overseeing daily operations
• Regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children's behavioural and learning progress
• Supervision and coaching of primary school children to ensure completion of daily homework and spelling
• Plan, deliver, and present PlayFACTO lesson content
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at the centre
• Step in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Demonstrates excellent work ethic and integrity
• Has a genuine love for children and nurturing them
• Is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Communicates clearly and warmly with both children and adults
• Takes initiative and is adaptable to the needs of the centre
• Has prior experience in student care or education (preferred but not required)
