Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Family Educator and Mentor for a high-net-wealth family. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of children by ensuring their daily activities are organized and supervised in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with the children's daily routines, including meal times, homework assignments, and recreational activities.

• Monitor and maintain a structured daily schedule that aligns with the children's educational and developmental needs.

• Foster a supportive and positive environment that promotes the children's emotional and social development.

• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding the children's progress and any concerns that may arise.

• Accompany and transport children to training classes, extracurricular activities, and other scheduled events, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Assist in organizing educational and recreational outings to enhance the children's learning experiences.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to encourage personal responsibility, independence, and positive life skills in the children.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in education or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in a teaching, childcare, or educational setting is advantageous.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A friendly and cheerful disposition, with patience and a genuine passion for working with children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both children and parents.

Work Schedule:

6 days a week, Mon to Fri: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Weekend: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
