What You Will Be Doing

• Working closely with research, trading and other quant devs to build and maintain our trading architecture
• Develop, implement and deploy trading scripts
• Lead and grow the quantitative team

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related Quantitative field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in trading and market microstructure
• Impeccable attention to detail
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Pythonrequired, strong additional experience in C++ preferred
• Strong experience with WebSocket, low latency infrastructures, data stream flows/fill orders required
• Understanding of digital assets trading and blockchain
• CEX and DEX experience preferred
