The ServiceNow Senior / Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level support, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills, extensive experience with ServiceNow, and a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM).

Core Responsibilities
- Consultation: Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions using ServiceNow.
- Solution Design: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to PSDS/CSM/FSM/Mobile App.
- Development: Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow's platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and automation.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they can effectively use and manage their ServiceNow solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and advancements, continuously improving and optimizing client solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, configurations, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, development, and administration.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one additional ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and web services. Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and delivering solutions within agreed timelines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Knowledge or experience in the Singapore public sector
