We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain quality standards, and create a positive dining experience for guests and team members alike.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Hires and trains staff
• Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
• Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
• Manages and maintains stock inventory
• Reports daily sales and other adhoc duties assigned
• Prepare food orders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
• Singaporean
• Preferably able to start work immediately
