On behalf of a private client of ours, we are seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join the growing legal team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and regulatory matters relevant to family office operations and investments
• Provide legal support for cross-border transactions and investment-related activities
• Coordinate with external counsel in various jurisdictions as needed
• Conduct legal research, particularly in connection with overseas investment activities and cross-border compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top-tier law school
• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
• Familiarity with the family office industry, private wealth management or investment-related matters
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders effectively.
