Responsibilities:
Responsible in operations & administrative roles to ensure services are at the pivotal point in a community setting for people with muscular dystrophy.
1. Therapy Service - handle scheduling and administer therapy sessions.
2. Activity & Programme Support - coordinate to ensure smooth execution & logistic support.
3. Membership - update and manage communication channels for circulars, coordinate new membership process, membership fees and update membership data system.
4. Equipment Service (Mobility & Medical) - handle equipment loan, maintain equipment, and stock checks.
5. Financial Subsidy Schemes - coordinate the different schemes and manage the disbursement of subsidies.
6. Administration & Finance - maintain statistics and reports; handles finances.
7. Standard Operating Procedures & Guidelines - review and update.
Technical Competencies:
1. 'N'/'O' Level or ITE or Diploma.
2. Min. 3 years with relevant work experience.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel a must).
4. Meticulous, systematic, responsible and adaptable to change.
Core Competencies:
1. Good in teamwork, multi-task and time management.
2. Passion for serving persons with severe physical limitations.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiar with therapy setting is an advantage.
Location: Central (Bishan Junction 8).
Working Hours : Monday-Friday (9am to 6pm) and Saturday (half day).
Annual Leave: 14 days per year.
Salary Range: $2,600 - $3,100 + Allowance.
