Responsibilities :

* manage and support receive bank transactions

* weekly and monthly bank reconciliation

* weekly identify and process necessary account adjustments

* coverage for absences

* ensure the timely and accurate collection of payments from customers

* assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by team management

* to provide information to team leader, in order for monthly report

* investigate and resolve queries payment

* provide bank reconciliation from auditor

* update listing supermarket missing invoices

* weekly internal missing invoices report

* support sales team in all payment related matter

working days : 5.5 days, alternate Saturday, base at Lim Chu Kang
