Our Client is a large international specialised consumer new retail F&B concept brand widely known in this part of the world. It has a strong products suite through careful R&D, and it further differentiates by being an early and fast adopter in front to back technology from UX and sales to inventory management and procurement. This makes their popular products accessible to the masses especially in fast moving highly urbanised environments.
The Regional Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing regional marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across franchise markets, and driving sales growth through digital marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include product launches, promotions, and performance tracking to drive awareness and market growth in international regions.
The role also focuses on franchisee support by localising marketing strategies and providing tools, training, and ongoing collaboration. Additionally, this person will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate campaign results, and work with franchisees to report on local marketing efforts, optimising future initiatives based on insights and feedback.
The successful candidate should come with 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, and brand operations within the QSR/FMCG industry, with proven track record in overseeing multi-channel campaigns, adapting global strategies for local markets, and maintaining brand guidelines.
