We are seeking an experienced and passionate Masseur Manager to lead and manage our massage therapy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day spa operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients. You will also be expected to perform massage treatments, train new staff, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of massage therapists

Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, etc.)

Manage scheduling, appointments, and staff rosters efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms

Monitor stock levels and order supplies when needed

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Ensure compliance with Singapore health and safety regulations

Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development

Collaborate with management to develop promotions and service packages

Job Requirements:

Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a massage therapist, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Recognized certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent (e.g., WSQ, ITEC, CIDESCO)

Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and therapeutic practices

Good understanding of spa operations and customer service

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle administrative tasks and use booking systems

Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus

Physically fit with good stamina

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
