Hiap Tong Crane & Transport Pte Ltd is hiring Sales Manager with below job responsibility and requirement:

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities
• Gather market intelligence and stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and client needs
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution
• Lead, plan, and execute crane and lifting operations from initial site assessment to final delivery
• Prepare project schedules, lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety procedures and lifting protocols are strictly followed
• Manage resources including cranes, lifting gear, riggers, operators, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure equipment and manpower are deployed efficiently and on time
• Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and quality of deliverables
• Troubleshoots crane technical issues and propose effective solutions
• Resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during project execution
• Ensure proper documentation and post-project reporting of progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Foster long-term client relationships through consistent service excellence and follow-up

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Good knowledge on crane rental and sales business with broad knowledge on the various brands of crane, its strength and capabilities (e.g., Liebherr, XCMG, SANY, Zoomlion, etc)
• At least 5 years of working experience & technical knowledge in project management and/or sales in crane & lifting operations, construction, or heavy machinery industries
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., MOM, LTA, ISO)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Able to work in fast paced environment and a team player
• Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to liaise with our clients, subcontractors and workers; additional of third language is a plus
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• 5.5 days week
