What Will You Do
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Attend to queries from clients regarding invoice
  • Monitor AR ageing, follow-up on collections and send reminders to ensure invoices are paid promptly
  • Process invoice and client retainer payments
  • Prepare official receipts
  • File opening in database
  • Post costs
  • WIP monitoring and liaising with billing timekeepers
  • Assist with AP processing
  • Perform month end closing activities
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare month end schedules
  • Assist with GST submissions
  • Any other accounting support and other procedures assigned by the Accountant and Manager

What You'll Need
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivables and/or as an accounts assistant
  • Experience with Elite 3E
  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook/Filesite management
  • Have good written and oral communication skills
  • Possess initiative and positive work attitude
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented
