- Prepare and issue invoices
- Attend to queries from clients regarding invoice
- Monitor AR ageing, follow-up on collections and send reminders to ensure invoices are paid promptly
- Process invoice and client retainer payments
- Prepare official receipts
- File opening in database
- Post costs
- WIP monitoring and liaising with billing timekeepers
- Assist with AP processing
- Perform month end closing activities
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare month end schedules
- Assist with GST submissions
- Any other accounting support and other procedures assigned by the Accountant and Manager
What You'll Need
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivables and/or as an accounts assistant
- Experience with Elite 3E
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook/Filesite management
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Possess initiative and positive work attitude
- Meticulous, detail-oriented
