Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of the company's foreign-related legal affairs, responsible for the negotiation, signing and performance of overseas sales contracts and related legal matters throughout the process, to ensure the quality of work;
• Improve overseas corporate governance, provide regular overseas business legal training, and enhance the team's foreign-related legal capabilities;
• Responsible for overseas legal compliance research, establish and improve the company's overseas compliance management system, provide legal support for senior decision-making, and supervise the management of foreign-related legal risks;
• Responsible for the management of overseas litigation and arbitration cases, and provide relevant legal support and suggestions;
• Connect with overseas cooperative law firms and maintain good cooperative relations with overseas law firms;
• Provide overseas intellectual property legal consultation and risk warnings;
• Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements

• Obtained LLB, LLM, Obtained relevant overseas legal professional qualifications, such as the US bar, UK solicitor qualifications etc;
• Have solid legal theoretical knowledge, familiar with the laws and regulations of the Anglo-American legal system, civil and commercial affairs, etc. is preferred;
• 5 years of overseas legal work experience, familiar with the laws and regulations related to foreign litigation procedures, and have experience in legal work in the communications industry and overseas legal compliance experience is preferred;
• Fluent in English & Chinese to vet Chinese documents from China HQ
• Have strong logical thinking ability, language ability and communication ability, strong learning ability, and can quickly understand the legal and regulatory requirements of new businesses and new technologies;
• Have strong cross-cultural communication ability and team management ability;
• Experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred.
