Responsibilities

• \tOversee daily operations

• \tHire and train beauticians, as needed

• \tOrganize employees' shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

• \tOrder beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock

• \tArrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment

• \tApply hygiene practices across all beauty stations

• \tEnsure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards

• \tMaintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules

• \tPromote services, products and discounts on social media

• \tReceive payments from clients and track all transactions

• \tKeep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)

• \tRun online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers

Requirements

• \tProven work experience as a Beauty Manager or similar role

• \tGood knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)

• \tBasic bookkeeping knowledge

• \tExcellent organizational skills

• \tAbility to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace
