Responsibilities:

 Trouble shoot, service and repair Audio electronics related products

 Attend to walk-in customers and enquires through email

 Inventory management for spare parts and accessories

 Prepare monthly reports

 Ensure the smooth operation of the Service Centre

 Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

 Must be able to start work immediately

 Degree in Electronics Engineering

 Related experience in the same industry is necessary

 Good team player and able to complete the assigned responsibility within given time and possess great desire to learn and grow with the company

 Computer literate

 Knowledge of technical background and good customer skills.

 Have a flair for fault verification/troubleshooting
