Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Delivering scripted talks to card members via outbound calls, shortlist and promote CASH product (DCASH/ReadyCash) to potential card members.
  • Telephone Sales: To achieve daily outbound call targets and duration and monthly assigned Sales Target.
  • Consultation: Conduct detailed discussions with qualified card members to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and tenure.
  • Application Processing: Acquire and input accurate information into the digital loan portal and actively follow up from start to finish.
  • Compliance: Ensure all origination activities are digitally voiced documented and comply with MAS regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Support: Assist and provide customer service support to card members and/or direct enquiries to the relevant department.

Job Qualifications:
  • Education Qualification: GCE N & Above.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience, in Telesale.
  • Knowledge of PDPA, DNC provisions
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and good verbal communication skills (English & Mother Tongue)
  • Highly motivated and a driver for excellence
  • Able to perform basic tasks on MS Words and Excel
  • Comfortable with quotas & sales targets
  • Must be able to work under pressure and within a team environment.
  • Having experience with banking products, such as balance transfers and personal loans, will be considered an advantage.
