The Embedded Project Manager ('EPM'), is responsible for managing internal projects for the GBIPS team in GSRS. The aim of the role is to supervise LSP/Vendors to achieve FDOB throughout APAC by:

• Delivery of effective and efficient supervision, centralised management to APAC Projects
• Coordination, communication, and improvement of all Security System related processes.
• To support Internal Design Mark-up & secure Global Design Principle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tools assigned.
• Report and escalate issues to the APAC GBIPS Lead as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the clients, vendors and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead the cross functional team(System Admin, EPE, Project Support, PMO etc) to complete the assigned tasks/projects
• To work on Design Mark-up & explain/secure Global Design Principle
• To work hand-in-hand with EPM in the Project
• To work with SCM/TS team in product review & selection

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask.
• Good working knowledge of Security Systems (Access Control and CCTV platforms).
• Team player and self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Security System maintenance and project delivery.
• Good general IT knowledge.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in the Security Industry or Minimum of 5 years working experience with a EE/IT Bachelor degree.
• Certification in ACS and CCTV platform is needed
• MNC clients Experience is needed
• Fluent English Speaking and writing skills
• MNC Security Design knowledge

• 5 years of experience in SI as PM
• 3 years of experience in SI as technical Roles(Technician, System Engineer, TPM etc)

• 3 years of experience with Enterprise Systems (Lenel, Honeywell etc)
• At least 1 years of Multinational Project Management or Technical Support Experience
• Bilingual (English + Asian Language)
