Requirements
1 Minimum Diploma in any field.
2 Punctual, reliable and agile with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment
3 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must. Familiar with Sage ERP (ACCPAC) will be an advantage
4.Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the area of backend operation or in other administrative positions 5. Must be willing to put in extra hours (if required) to meet tight datelines
6. Excellent communications skills in English, both oral and written is a must
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
9. Positive attitute and behaviours, responsible and accountable person
What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities):
1 Processing orders by keying into company system and ensure timely invoicing of all orders.
2 Updating back order report, ad hoc internal company billing
3 Coordinate shipments with clients, and handle any issues or discrepancies that arise
4 Raising and processing orders to vendors and create GRN for stock receiving
5 Communicate delivery updates with internal sales team and partners
6 Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work
7 Follow-ups and follow-throughs with team members, vendors and other external agencies as informed
8 Assisting customers with general inquiries and re-route them to the respective person in charge or department
9 Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, finance, HR) to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination
10 Support quality control processes and ensure adherence to operational guidelines
