Neocytogen therapeutics is a pioneering cell therapy company based in Singapore, dedicated to developing breakthrough immunotherapies to combat cancer. Our mission is to revolutionize the treatment of solid tumors through innovative CAR-NK/TCR-T therapies. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative approach, we aim to deliver transformative solutions for patients worldwide.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist to lead and advance our TCR-T cell therapy programs targeting solid tumors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunology, molecular biology, or cell engineering, with a focus on developing TCR-based therapies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and contribute to groundbreaking research with real-world clinical impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute experiments to discover, optimize, and validate TCRs targeting solid tumor antigens.
• Develop and optimize in vitro and in vivo models to evaluate TCR-T cell efficacy, safety, and persistence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (bioinformatics, translational research, manufacturing) to advance preclinical candidates to clinical development.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to guide decision-making and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in TCR-T therapy, tumor immunology, and solid tumor biology.
• Prepare technical reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
Qualifications:
• PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field (postdoctoral or industry experience preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in TCR-T therapy, T-cell engineering, or cancer immunotherapy development, preferably in an industry or translational research setting.
• Expertise in solid tumor biology, tumor antigen discovery, and tumor microenvironment interactions.
• Proficiency in techniques such as TCR cloning/engineering, lentiviral/retroviral transduction, T-cell functional assays (cytotoxicity, cytokine release), flow cytometry, and in vivo tumor models.
• Strong data analysis skills (e.g., FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Python/R).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with GMP/GLP standards or IND-enabling studies is a plus.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• State-of-the-art research facilities and resources.
