Your Job:
- Prepare fresh sushi & sashimi - nigiri, rolls, sliced sashimi, shari (basic sushi rice)
- Work the sushi station efficiently and keep it clean
- Help with ingredient prep and stock handling
- Support your teammates in a fast-moving kitchen
- Learn the basics of restaurant operations if you're interested in growing further
What We're Looking For:
- Basic sushi/sashimi preparation skills (fish filleting, slicing, shaping nigiri/rolls)
- Someone who's reliable, humble, and hands-on
- A team player who can move fast during peak hours
- No ego, just a good work ethic and positive energy!
