Your Job:

• Prepare fresh sushi & sashimi - nigiri, rolls, sliced sashimi, shari (basic sushi rice)
• Work the sushi station efficiently and keep it clean
• Help with ingredient prep and stock handling
• Support your teammates in a fast-moving kitchen
• Learn the basics of restaurant operations if you're interested in growing further

What We're Looking For:

• Basic sushi/sashimi preparation skills (fish filleting, slicing, shaping nigiri/rolls)
• Someone who's reliable, humble, and hands-on
• A team player who can move fast during peak hours
• No ego, just a good work ethic and positive energy!
