Responsibilities
Requirement
- Follow instructions.
- Understand and comply with safety requirements.
- Operate crawler cranes at sites as required.
- Perform pre-operational inspections, safety checks, test lifts, and load chart calculations.
- Communicate with assigned crew to determine the best placement of the crane for planned lifts.
- Participate in rigging procedures when required.
- May perform other related duties as required.
- Participate in safety / toolsbox meetings.
- Participate in on-the-job training and any additional training.
- Perform daily checks and maintain operational log sheet.
- Perform safe lifting operations at various sites as required and report immediately if any defects.
Requirement
- Possesses Class 5 Singapore Driving license and Mobile Crane Operator certificate.
- A valid certificate of registration with the Ministry of Manpower.
- Ability to complete applicable reports and records.
- Able to communicate effectively with staff and others involved in the lifting operations.
- Sound knowledge of crane safety requirements and operating procedures.
- Physically healthy and fit.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
