Role:

Gemmologist & Procurement Manager (GIA certified / Jewelry)

• Singapore Based (Orchard)
• 5.5 Days work per week (9-6pm (Mon to Fri) and 9am to 1pm Saturday, Sunday & PH is off.)
• Minimum 5+ years working experience in the retail luxury industry, preferable in a jewellery field.
• Salary: $4500 to $7000 depends on experience
• Certified Gemmologist (GIA, FGA or other relevant certification) will be added advantage. + willing to travel

Job Responsible:

Gem Identification and Grading:
Utilize advanced gemological instruments and techniques to accurately identify and grade gemstones, including diamonds, coloured gemstones and pearls

Client Consultation:
Provide expert advice to clients on gemstone selection, care and investment.
Assist in the selection of gemstone for jewellery design and creation

Procurement:
Sourcing and procurement of gemstones.
Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of gemstone inventory
Monitor gemstone markets trends and advise on potential investments

Production:
Coordinate with designers and workshop on new product development.
