- Peruse and assess the contents of Accident Reports and all relevant documentation from all parties involved in road traffic accidents to determine liability and quantum.
- Possess a good understanding of Motor Fraud indicators and the ability to initiate follow-ups for further investigations.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of vehicle components-including both internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles.
- Provide mandates to the Company's Service Providers, including Panel Surveyors, Investigators, Lawyers, etc.
- Negotiate settlements confidently with third-party lawyers, workshops, direct claimants, and other involved parties.
- Adhere to State Courts' procedural timelines and protocols.
- Attend to clients, claimants, and other related inquiries.
- Represent the company at FIDReC and Small Claims Tribunal sessions.
- Be equipped with CGI qualifications.
- Analyze, study, and report on the performance of the motor claims portfolio.
- Review outstanding and paid cases while performing all relevant claims administrative duties.
