1. Handle office general administrative and marketing related work.

2. Attend to and follow-up with customers' enquiries and feedback on our Centre's courses and administrative matters.

3. Handle administration of student enrolment, transfer, withdrawal and collection of course fees.

4. Any other operational and administrative duties as delegated by the Centre's Directors.

5. Diploma or University degree preferably in IT / Design.

6. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access, and Chinese word processing software.

8. 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in education industry.

9. 5-day week (must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays).
