Job Description & Responsibility

• Key point of contact for customers, answering queries, providing timely solution, proposal and quotation.

• Build and maintains good customer relationship, coordinate new and repeat sales to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.

• Extensive interaction with Singapore customer and regional field sales via phone, teams and emails.

• Coordinate with sales team and demand planner for forecast orders.

• Maintain professional and technical product knowledge so as to provide technical support to field sales and customers.

Job Requirement

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Control Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply too.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team..
