Job Responsibilities:

• Market insight and analysis: Develop international market research plans, collect, organize and analyze relevant information of the target market, capture market dynamics and trends, and write detailed market analysis reports to provide data support for company decision-making.
• Intelligence collection and processing: Establish and maintain an international market intelligence system, pay close attention to competitors' dynamics, including the collection of information on their product launches, pricing strategies, marketing activities, customer acquisition channels, etc., and ensure that the intelligence acquisition method complies with international business ethics and legal norms; use professional intelligence analysis tools and methods to systematically organize and deeply analyze the collected intelligence, and output high-quality intelligence analysis reports to provide a basis for the company to formulate response strategies.
• Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute global brand marketing activities, including digital marketing, exhibitions, media cooperation, etc., establish connections with potential customers and partners, conduct in-depth analysis of promotion effects and continuously optimize them.
• Lead innovative business: Complete market feasibility analysis and business model design for innovative business, and promote the implementation of pilot projects, such as the 0-1 incubation and implementation of wireless network operation solutions and land satellite communication solutions.
• Cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration: Link product, sales, R&D, supply chain and other teams to communicate and coordinate efficiently in complex situations to ensure the smooth development of international market business.
• Maintain partnerships and customer relationships: Represent the company to give speeches at various large-scale internal and external international events and communication platforms, participate in high-end forum discussions, and promote the company's brand and products.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, communication-related majors are preferred.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in international markets, experience in market development in the wireless communications industry, and successful market development cases; those who are familiar with wireless network operations or satellite communication solutions are preferred.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate with international teams without obstacles; have market analysis capabilities, be proficient in a variety of market analysis methods, be proficient in data analysis tools, and be able to choose appropriate methods for market analysis according to actual needs; have marketing capabilities, be familiar with product marketing strategies, and be able to use marketing principles to plan and implement effective marketing activities.
• Have strong adaptability and stress resistance, be able to adapt to frequent international business trips and different working environments; be result-oriented, make decisions based on data, and be good at achieving goals under conditions of limited resources; have keen market insight and innovation awareness, be able to grasp market trends and opportunities in a timely manner, and be able to propose effective and efficient market strategies.
