Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies, organisational development, and workforce planning, including succession planning and employer branding initiatives.
- Align candidate aspirations with business goals to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, while working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the talent management process and participate in planning for employees' mobility, succession, and progression.
- Take ownership of learning and development (L&D) initiatives, including the facilitation and delivery of mentorship programs.
- Regularly assess training needs across functions and propose relevant development plans to support employee growth and capability building.
Requirements
- A Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a broader HR Generalist role, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), as well as HR systems such as SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and employment regulations across multiple APAC markets.
- Service-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude; able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A self-starter and collaborative team player with excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
