Assistant Store Manager

Working Hours: 6 days [44 hours per week]

Location: Dempsey - Near Napier LRT (Queenstown)

Salary: up to $3300

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
• Minimum 1 year managerial experience in F&B - cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays

Job Scope:

• Assist the Store Manager to oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop's profitability.
• Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales
• Supervise and train the team
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
