Key Responsibilites:

The following are the duties related to shipping:

1) Daily tasks:
・Preparation and distribution of shipping invoices

2) Monthly tasks:
・Preparation of freight payment details and summary of payment results

3) As needed / On an ad-hoc basis:
・Registration in the shipping schedule system (SAP)
・Storage and maintenance of basic transaction data

Job Requirements:

・Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
・Open to candidates with or without prior shipping experience
