• Lead, support, manage and oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work

• Analyze the given project and create a master schedule and site facilities plan to meet the contractual deadlines.

• Develop the project budget, quality plan, and allocate manpower to ensure alignment with the project's financial and contractual requirements.

• Lead the team in collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure quality standards and workmanship are met.

• Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ to manage the site budget, safety management system, and ISO documentation.

• Prepare the staff for their roles and responsibilities, ensuring awareness of project objectives and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

• From a contractor environment with a series of project experience from start-to-completion

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word, Excel, Outlook,Project

• Local construction knowledge

• ⁠Bachelor degree in civil engineering
