The High-Performance Executive is Responsible for:
• The effective coordination of the Singapore Hockey Federation (SHF) National Teams programs
and athlete scholarships.
• The provision of administration Services to SHF coaches and program management staff.
• For all aspects of the HP programme relating to athlete performance monitoring, measurement
of and reporting against identified Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and programmes, and athletes'
targets.
• Coordinating the development of appropriate HP policies and programmes, including selection,
doping, disciplinary policies etc, to produce and maintain the documentation of these policies.
• For coordinating the management of squad training, overseas competition and training, and the
delivery and management of SMSS services to athletes.
• For the acquisition of Sports Singapore funding via drafting and submission of applications and
associated reports, covering all essential aspects of HP operations.
• For timely submission of reports relating to the HP programmes to the SportSg (such as
spexTEAM reports) progress of SMSS activities, competition reports and results etc, as and when
required.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• The High-Performance Administrator Reports to National Coaches (Men & Women) and has
extensive daily interaction with Assistant Coaches, Team Managers, Carded Athletes, Parents
and respective schools & polytechnics.
• Responsible for administration of the SPEX program and Athlete Performance Monitoring
• Responsible for administration of National Service leave and absence applications
• Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders about athlete availability for training and
(overseas) competition
• Coordinate Travel Plans with Eserve and manage Associate Travel Budgets
• Coordination and tracking of Payment Vouchers for High-Performance Programs and provide
monthly updates
• Coordinate, Schedule, and prepare HP Sub Committee and Coaching Committee meetings
• Coordinate SMSS Admin and service request applications
• Coordination of Academies and Rising Stars Programs.
• Development of extensive and productive external working relationships with Singapore
SportSg, Ministry of Education (MOE), and Co-curricular Activities Board (CCAB)
• Assist the Coaching Sub Committee in managing the coaches' roll and following up on coaching
matters.

Requirements:
• Diploma/'A' Level/Degree, entry-level or with at least two years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in NSA will be an advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who is resourceful, adaptable and able to perform key tasks under assigned timelines.
