  • Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including delivery orders, purchase requisitions, and other relevant documents.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Preparing daily reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative materials.
  • Site Coordination: Assisting with tasks like managing site office equipment, preparing forms, and coordinating with head office on staff matters.
  • Material Procurement: Helping to order materials and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Communication: Liaising with site and office personnel.
  • General Administrative Support: Handling tasks like phone calls, filing, and scanning.

Requirements:
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and maintain records and documents effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with the site and head office staff.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the construction team.
  • Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level.
