Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
- Answer any incoming calls, respond to customer's emails not withstanding other avenues of communication.
- Assist with appointment bookings for regular health screenings and vaccinations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing both internal and external stakeholders' enquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to PDPA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Provide accurate information on available medical services, packages, and promotions.
- Support additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
- Provide advice on insurance claims and processes (if any)
- Ensure high standards of Service Quality to internal and external stakeholders.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management skills to ensure quick and efficient responses to customer queries.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare sector.
- Previous experience in a call centre or healthcare-related role is an advantage.
