Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive secretarial/administrative support for the team including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings for various departments, claims submission and making travel arrangements
  • Involve in company's ongoing projects/payments, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe.
  • Basic corporate secretarial duties to liaise with corporate service providers to manage local and offshore entities.
  • General Office management duties including small event management.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required
  • Minimum diploma qualified with a minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in financial services or corporate services
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to work outside of normal work hours as required
