Key Responsibilities
Skills Required
- Extensive secretarial/administrative support for the team including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings for various departments, claims submission and making travel arrangements
- Involve in company's ongoing projects/payments, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe.
- Basic corporate secretarial duties to liaise with corporate service providers to manage local and offshore entities.
- General Office management duties including small event management.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Minimum diploma qualified with a minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in financial services or corporate services
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willing to work outside of normal work hours as required
