• Meet and exceed sales and margin targets of plan
• Establish/ review pricing to maximize total profit

skills and experience required

• Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification
• Minimum 6 years of global sales experience in plastics injection molding machinery
• Provide technical support to customers, participate in the development of technical solutions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
• Solid understanding of market trends and competitor activity in the plastic machinery sector
• Able to travel overseas for work if there is a need to (about 30%-40% global)
