Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager fluent in Italian to lead the front-of-house operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience-while being able to effectively communicate with both guests and team members in Italian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Greet and interact with guests, especially Italian-speaking customers, to ensure a personalized and welcoming experience.
• Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure quality control and timely service.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and proactive manner.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Drive sales and support marketing initiatives to attract Italian-speaking clientele.
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.
• Uphold the brand image and values of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in hospitality.
• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail.
