Salary: $5,000 + AWS

Working Hours: 5 days work week, Mon - Fri (9 am to 6pm)

Working Location: Harboufront (Nearest MRT harbourfront)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and service delivery to the client in accordance with the contractual agreement.
  • Ensure high-quality, cost-effective service that adapts to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Provide leadership in contract, operations, and service management, contributing to the development and implementation of standardized policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), reviewing them regularly to align with changing business and operational requirements.
  • Fulfill contractual manpower requirements by ensuring a comprehensive induction process, ongoing skills development, career progression, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Manage employees effectively while ensuring compliance with all relevant local government regulations.
  • Promote employee and customer engagement, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance, act as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters, conduct risk assessments, coordinate emergency procedures, and maintain proactive client communication.
  • Design and implement systems and programs to enhance service quality, optimize equipment and material usage, and maximize workforce productivity.
