Roles & Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

Responsible for the proper, accurate and efficient processing of transaction at counter. Accountable to all transactions done accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Check counter assigned and money declaration to ensure accuracy.
• Check telephone line and goose lamp to make sure they are functioning well before operations. 
• Able to handle POS system and familiar with EDC functions keys.
• Follow SOP on transaction for types of payment mode, ie Cash / Credit Card / Nets and voiding OC / Tips etc.
• Check stock balance and reconcile on POS & EDC system. Check OC, Void transactions and ensure all equipments are off & locked.
• Must be clear with cash submission
• Follow up daily on any latest promotions and ongoing event.
• Assist in stock replenishing that is running low.
• Assist in preparing uniform, name tag, and raise up uniform form.
• Assist in assigning locker to PT.
• Able to take over/close any fast and error-free.
• Plan of transportation
• Daily sales bookeeping

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Service oriented
• Able to work in fast paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Night hours 8pm - 3am / 8pm - 4am (ph & sat)
• Brand New Dance club in singapore
• Transport home provided
• Loud music environment
