FINANCE AND ADMIN ASSOCIATE
The Finance and Admin Associate will support the day-to-day operations of the finance and administrative functions. This role includes bookkeeping, accounts payable, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Descriptions
Finance:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintenance of general ledgers.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with accounts payable, invoice management, billing, and processing of claims.
- Assist in internal financial controls and procedures.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support coordination and follow-up on insurance matters and grant applications.
Admin:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Support in business travel arrangements and expense claims.
- Maintain proper filing systems for documentation and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing office events and providing logistical support as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and handle special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in both finance and administrative functions.
- Possesses a positive working attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
