Job Responsibilities:

• You will assist team in administrative matters for all programmes and networking such as:
• Data management such as manual keying of MDWs participants who attended, identifying repeat MDWs etc.
• Creating registration forms and managing registration such reaching out to MDWs for confirmed classes, managing dropouts and queries related to the programmes.
• Execution of programmes such as arranging tables and chairs, preparing attendance sheet, materials)
• Analyzing data on course feedback
• Provide analysis on feedback given by MDWs after training programmes.
• Ensuring smooth execution of programmes.
• Effective and proper data management/housekeeping of participants of programmes.

Period:

• 6 months contract (renewable)

• Pasir Panjang

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in any disciplines
• Ability to work independently and a team player
• Experience in MS Office tools
• Willing to outreach and engage with the migrant domestic workers
• Good verbal and written communication skills
